本人小学二年级学会手淫还有救吗？

　　2年级的时候学会了那种自慰方式，只是觉得很舒服，到了高中才知道这原来是手淫。但是已经克制不了了，最疯狂的时候在高二时一天两次，中午，晚上，连这就几天，那段时间上课一直睡觉啥的。诶以前那些丑事就不提了，现在19岁，上次和女朋友第一次做时双方都是第一次，但是我进不去，这是我的问题吗？感觉不怎么能硬起来，请专业人士回答一下
